For CNC Machining Parts, inspection before delivery plays the very important role in the whole machining process. Inspectors should be well trained with professional knowledge. Simultaneously, we have separate inspection room, exhibiting all inspection tools.
Preparation before inspection:
1.Checking if all the information on drawing is correct and fill in test report;
2.Checking if the parts are with qualified surface treatment;
3.Calibrating all gauges and preparing all related testing tools;
4.Cleaning the surface of the parts;
Complete inspection shall be conducted according to the dimensions and detailed requirements in terms of tolerance on drawing. If the unqualified parts are detected, the inspector should select it out to repair or abandon or remake. The qualified parts will go to the next procedures.
CMM Testing
Cooperative CMM room has coordinate measuring machine, tool microscope and other precision machining parts detection equipment. If needed, we also have cooperative overhead projector measuring machine. All workpieces need to be placed to a 22-24 degree room before detection. The testing inspector will be trained well and qualified.
The workpiece with complex design, large quantities and strict tolerance should be measured by three coordinate measuring machines or overhead projectors. If our own testing machine cannot meet the requirements, we will ask our cooperator to make the test. The sole purpose is to provide good quality machining parts to our concerned customers.
After complete inspecting, we will make package according to the parts, including plastic bag packing, paper packing, bubble packing, wooden packing, blister box, etc. as below and deliver to customers by Sea, Air, or Train as what customers' request.
